- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Sure Kay and the girls are great. But when you tell David over and over again that my body after three years had developed a tolerance and we need to switch it up. Sure I violated my pain contract I couldn't take it anymore. I have discs in my back that are pushing against the nerves. I was going to get my nerve burned. But they drop u like hot cakes. My husband died four times in a horrible semi accident and his whole right side of his body is broken and he and I were refured to Dr. Cook. If me or my husband ends up in the ICU because of the withdrawal symptoms I will sue these doctors and make sure that Dave wants to help people instead of hunt on our farms!!!!July 06, 2017by JILL MARTZ
